摩田化學(xué)IBC包裝使用說明

灌裝 FILLING
◆打開頂蓋，插入外徑小于142mm的管子實施灌裝。
Remove top lid,put in a pipe which outer diameter is less than142mmto fill.
◆本容器公稱容積為1000升，灌裝溫度小于60℃。
Nominal volume of the container is 1000 liters and filling temperature is less than 60℃.
◆運輸前擰緊所有密封件，蓋好閥門擋板。
Tight all closures and put the valve cover door on position before shipment.

排液 DISCHARGE
◆本容器采用自重式排料設(shè)計。排液時，首先打開頂部灌裝口蓋；
The container is designed to discharge liquid by gravity。When discharging liquid ,remove top lid first.
◆旋下排液閥的蓋子。如使用彎管，請將其套在閥門放料口的外螺紋上，并用手擰緊；
Remove sealing cap from the discharge valve。When using discharge tube, please screw it onto the outlet of valve, and tighten it.
◆卸下排液閥手柄下側(cè)的塑料銷子，并輕輕拉開鎖扣, 將閥門手柄朝順時針方向扳動以開始排料；
Tack out the dowel in lower part of handle of the valve, and undraw the agraffe gently. Rotate handle of the valve clockwise to open valve to begin discharging.
◆排液完畢后，逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)以關(guān)閉閥門，使鎖扣復(fù)位；
After discharging, please rotate handle of the valve counterclockwise to close
the valve and restore the agraff.
◆旋上放料口封蓋和灌裝口蓋。
Install the valve cover and the top lid.

化學(xué)相容性的確認 Affirm the chemical compatibility
◆使用時應(yīng)注意所灌裝的液體與本容器原材料高密度聚乙烯的化學(xué)相容性，如對相容性有疑問，歡迎垂詢；對于自行灌裝未經(jīng)我方確認的內(nèi)裝液所造成的相容性問題我方不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
Users should notice the chemical compatibility of the liquid going to be filled and the raw aterial of IBC – high density polyethylene. Any question about chemical resistance, please contact with us. If any filling goods not affirmed by us are filled, we do not respond about any problem caused by chemical resistance.
儲存Storing
◆集裝容器應(yīng)存放在清潔、遠離熱源的地方，避免暴曬。
The container should store at a clean place far away heat source , avoiding violent sun.
◆容器的儲存保質(zhì)期為自生產(chǎn)之日起二年。
The storage life of container is 2 year since the production date.

運輸及裝載 Transporting and Loading
◆使用本容器包裝危險貨物長途運輸時，務(wù)必執(zhí)行《國際海運危險貨物規(guī)則》補充本中《貨物運
輸組件（CTUs）的裝載指南》的各項規(guī)定。
When transporting dangerous goods packed in IBC, user should carry out various regulations of 《Loadguides of Cargo Transportation Units(CTUs)》 in the supplementary book of《International for rules for dangerous goods exported by sea》.

使用須知 NOTICE TO USERS
◆本容器的提升方式為底部提升，不允許使用頂部提升方式。
Only lifting IBC from the bottom is permitted. Lifting from the top is forbidden.
◆嚴(yán)禁閥門受到外力沖擊和碰撞。
The valve of IBC must be strictly protect from hit or collide.
◆IBC再次使用時，應(yīng)進行認真檢查確保各部件功能正常。
Before use it again , check the IBC carefully to make sure that all the parts of the IBC are on duty.
